SO GOD LAUGHS...............................!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The wicked plots against the just, and gnashes at him with his teeth. The Lord laughs at him, for He sees that his day is coming. The wicked have drawn the sword, and have bent their bow to cast down the poor and the needy and to slay those who are of upright conduct. Their sword shall enter into their own heart, and their bows shall be broken. (Psalm 37:12-15)

Recently, I discovered an aspect of God's character which is rarely talked about. This is what I want to share with you today. I know that God is merciful and compassionate. I know about His loving-kindness, and I know that God is full of grace. But I never knew that God could laugh and that He has a great sense of humor. One of the reasons why God laughs is when the wicked is planning for the downfall of the righteousness. God knows that such plan will never succeed and that the wicked will end up destroying himself. That is why the Psalmist says that "Their sword shall enter their own heart, and their bows shall be broken."(Psalm 37:15)

God must have been laughing at those who put Peter in jail expecting to execute him after the feast of Passover, because He knew that He would send His angel to release him before they could carry out their plan. (Acts 12:18-19). Also, God would have probably been laughing when Haman was constructing the gallows to hang Mordecai because He knew who would hang on the gallows. At the end of the day, Mordecai was found riding on the Kings horse while Haman was found dangling on the gallows he built for Godly Mordecai. (Esther 7:9-10) The people who masterminded the casting of Daniel into lion's den must have patted themselves at the back and also given themselves a high five in celebration for a job well done. God must have been laughing when they were putting their acts together, because He knew that they would end up in the stomach of the lion while Daniel would be enjoying lunch with the King rejoicing about Gods deliverance. (Daniel 6:24-27). The bible declares in the fourth verse of the second chapter of the book of Psalm that "He who sits in the heavens shall laugh; the Lord shall hold them in derision"

Whatever your enemies may be planning against you right now, the Lord who sits in the heavens is looking at them and probably be laughing at them because He knows that they are on a suicide mission. As long as you remain obedient and righteous, all your enemies have automatically become the enemies of God. That is why God laughs each time anybody is plotting against the beloved of God because He knows from the beginning that no enemy can defeat Him. It is funny to see or hear of somebody plotting against God. It is a foolish thing to do. Instead of having panic when your enemies are plotting against, why not join God to laugh? You will be amazed at the therapeutic benefits of laughing and smiling.

Make this confession, I will not fear the threats of my enemies, those who hate me and wish all evil for me, stress and shame will never be my share because surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life, my children and my children’s childrens lives. Aaamen.

The Diet of CANAAN................................

The spirit of the Lord is upon me today to serve you the diet of Canaan. You cannot eat the diet of Canaan until you get to Canaan. However, Canaan is a promise land for covenant people. If you are not covenanted to live in Canaan, you will be removed. Remember that some people were in Canaan before the children of Israel got there. They were removed from the land so that the children of Israel could occupy it. Canaan is not a promise land for everybody.

However, that a land is a promise land does not mean that there will be no challenges in the land. That you are a covenant child of God does not mean that you will be totally immune from the challenges of life. Abraham was a covenant child of God, yet he was faced with the challenges of famine right in the promise land.( Genesis 12: 10-11) Isaac also faced the challenges of famine in the promised land.( Genesis 26:1-2) The same thing happened to Jacob. He faced the challenges of famine.( Genesis 43: 1-3)

The truth we always fail to realize is that the solution to all the challenges of the promised land could also be found right within the promise land. The solution is not in Egypt or elsewhere. But when the people in the promised land decide to come out of the promised land in search of solutions, the bible says they "went down".( Genesis 12:10; 26:2; 43:3) However, when they came out of Egypt, the bible says they "went up".( Genesis 13:1)

Before we can really appreciate the spiritual nutritional value of the diet of Canaan, we need to examine and analyze the spiritual nutritional facts of the diet of Egypt and the diet of the Wilderness. This is what I hope to do in the part two of this series.

The diet of Egypt is a diet of slavery. Egypt represents the world system. Pharaoh represents Satan who is the ruler of the world system. Egypt solution is man own way of solving his problem. It is the flesh approach to solving serious spiritual problems. Egypt solution might look initially attractive and enticing. But it is a bait towards bondage.

A Joseph may be around to assure you that there is no cause for alarm. The Joseph may even make provision for a place of comfort for you at Goshen. But Goshen and Canaan are not the same. Goshen may be fertile for livestock farming, but it is still located in Egypt, the land of bondage. Canaan was the land promised the children of Israel. Goshen was never a promise land.

THE DIET OF CANAAN (2)

THE DIET OF EGYPT

But very soon the Joseph and the reigning Pharaoh will die and another Pharaoh who will not know Joseph and the children of Israel will occupy the throne. This is the time that Egypt will show you her true color. The true color of Egypt is slavery and bondage. The new Pharaoh turned the covenant people of God to slaves. You cannot blame God for whatever happens to you as a covenant child of God if you walk out of the covenant or if you are totally ignorant of the existence of the covenant. The Hebrews did not know anything about their past. They did not know that they are covenant people and that their original home was Canaan.

While in slavery, the Hebrews were fed with some fish, cucumber, melons, leeks, onions and garlic. (Numbers 11:5). The major characteristics of this diet is that it is not a balance diet. The modern name for this type of food is salad. This is not really a solid food that can sustain a healthy living for people that are engaged in laborious tasks reserved for slaves. This food is given to the Hebrews not to give them robust health, but to sustain them so that they could continue to work as slaves

Another feature of the diet of Egypt is the offensive odor it leaves in your mouth. Garlic and onions carry very strong and offensive odor which can remain with you all day.

My prayer for you today is that God will take from you every demonic odor that has stigmatized your destiny. Also, it is my prayer that God will serve you a balance diet that will give you a robust and healthy life.

THE DIET OF CANAAN (3)

THE DIET OF WILDERNESS

The diet of Wilderness is a monotonous diet. It is also a predictable diet. The children of Israel were fed with manna throughout their journey in the wilderness. They had no choice. The
Wilderness diet is not a three course meal. It is the same thing everyday. The diet of Wilderness lacks varieties.

The diet of Wilderness is manna, a bread from heaven that they did not know how it was baked. It cannot be preserved even for one day. All you get is your daily ration. If you attempt to make provision for the next day, it will breed worms and also produces an offensive odor.(Exodus 16:16-21)

By virtue of the nature of human beings, we do not like any thing that is monotonous. Monotony can cause frustration and depression, Most of the complaints of the children of Israel against Moses was as a result of frustration from the monotonous diet of manna.(Numbers 11:6; 21:5)

Each time the children of Israel complained about the monotonous diet, they were seriously punished for it. The first time they complained about it, telling Moses to give them meat, the Lord punished them by striking them with a deadly plague. The bible records, "But while the meat was still between their teeth, before it was chewed, the wrath of the Lord was aroused against the people with a very great plague." (Numbers 11:33) The second time they complained, God struck them with serpent and they died in large numbers. (Numbers 21:5-9)

The diet of Wilderness is a monotonous diet. It is a diet of frustration and depression. To make it worse, you cannot complain about it. Your complaint will be met with severe punishment. I pray for you today that the Lord will take from your table every monotonous diet of Wilderness. The Lord will deliver you from every diet of frustration.

THE DIET OF CANAAN (Concluded)

The spirit of the Lord is upon me today to serve you the diet of Canaan. You cannot eat the diet of Canaan until you get to Canaan. However, Canaan is a promise land for covenant people. If you are not covenanted to live in Canaan, you will be removed. Remember that some people were in Canaan before the children of Israel could have their place there. They were removed from the land so that the children of Israel could occupy it. Canaan is not a promise land for everybody. However, being a land of promise does not mean that there will be no challenges in the land. You being a covenant child of God does not mean that you will be totally immune from the challenges of life. Abraham was a covenant child of God, yet he was faced with the challenges of famine right in the promise land. ( Genesis 12: 10-11) Isaac also faced the challenges of famine in the promise land.( Genesis 26:1-2) The same thing happened to Jacob. THE DIET OF CANAAN
Contrary to the diet of the Wilderness, the diet of Canaan is a balanced diet. Also, unlike the monotonous diet of the wilderness, the diet of Canaan is full of varieties. Unlike the diet of Egypt, which is served to keep the children of Israel alive so that they could keep working as slaves, the diet of Canaan is a full ration that you can take as many as possible.Let us consider what constitutes the diet Canaan. We can find this out in Exodus 3: 8. Here, it is recorded that Canaan is a land flowing with milk and honey. Milk and honey is part of the diet of Canaan. The diet of Canaan also consists of fruits and other produce, roasted grain, unleavened bread. (Joshua 5:11) This is the diet that children of Israel used to celebrate the feast of Passover. This is the first Passover after crossing the Jordan into Canaan. A day after the feast of Passover, Manna stopped from coming down. From that time, they began to eat the food of the land of Canaan. (Joshua 5:12)But before the children of Israel entered Canaan, they were circumcised and the reproach of Egypt was rolled away from them. You cannot enter Canaan with sin. That was why all the circumcised adults who sinned that left Egypt were destroyed before they got to Canaan. Before you can eat the diet of Canaan, you must first be in Canaan. In this sense, you have to be a Kingdom citizen. This means you have to refrain totally from sin. As you read this message, I charge you to come to Jesus to remove from you the garment of sin and roll away your reproach. Then He will feed you with the diet of Canaan.

Arch Pope, Rev, High priest..............? Guess

I feel very happy this morning as i load this piece of information. Big thanks to those who have taken time to visit this Blog.

Hi Guys this is funny. What do you think about this picture? Pastor getting an Honorary Degree or dressing as Priest and preaching in one of the major Religions or what? Give me your guess.
Have a great time.

Isaac Onega
Oh my God, this would be a great picture to show to Cardinal Emmanuel Wamala and ask him if he has this Ugandan priest in his database. That is unbelievably cool.

Henry Katongole. E
Ugandan Cardinals and the Pope himself should be very careful of their positions. Ani yali Amanyi? This is a song of the Late elly Wamala. But who knew or expected that a gift can raise the pastor to this level.

We are eager to get the answer to this. I hope Pastor was preaching in one of the religious churches in Kalamazoo.
